We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at Raintree Village of Lee's Summit. This innovative, beautiful, 5-star senior living community offers several levels of living including independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care. Responsibilities
- Cook prepares meals according to cycle menus and monitors food handling methods.
- Maintains proper temperatures of hot and cold foods through preparation and service to ensure they meet established goals before steamtable transfer and throughout meal service.

Requirements
This position requires a strong background in culinary arts and experience in a similar role. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is essential. A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting is preferred.
Skills
Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure are necessary. Experience with food service operations and a positive attitude are also important.

Competitive wages and shift differentials are offered based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
We offer flexible shifts including options such as 5:30am-2:00pm, 7:00am-3:30pm, 10:30am-7:00pm, and rotating weekends. Full-time positions require 30+ hours per week, while part-time positions require less than 29 hours per week.
