Responsibilities

• Deliver superior quality in all food preparation and service.
• Clean and maintain equipment to meet department standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality food production and portion control.
• Take initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Supervise the dietary staff in the absence of the Manager, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and proper sanitation, safety, and infection control.

Requirements

• One (1) year cooking experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• Completion of state or local food safety training course preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications
