About the Role

This individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of all methods of cookery
• Excellent integrity

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Equipment used: all food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
• Able to push, pull, and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds
