About the role

This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Preferred Education

High school diploma or its equivalent.

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements

Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer. Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
