About the role
Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious. This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.
Responsibilities
- Set up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
- Prepare a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
- Maintain good kitchen safety and sanitation
Requirements
- Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
- Able to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
- Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
- Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
- Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
