About the role

Frannie & the Fox is clever, comfortable, and cool. Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious. This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.

Responsibilities

• Set up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Prepare a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
• Maintain good kitchen safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
