Job Summary

Pali Momi Medical Center is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services, including a team triage approach in the emergency room, advanced diagnostic tools, and a commitment to patient education and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and production sheets
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for quality, freshness, taste, and appearance
• Perform a variety of general preparation and food service activities, including tray assembly and delivery, working in the cafeteria, cashiering, ware washing, assisting with pantry functions, and catering
• Educate patients, visitors, and staff on the importance of healthy eating habits

Requirements

• Post-high school vocational/specialized training or equivalent experience
• Degree or vocational training in institutional food preparation or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years experience in all phases of institutional food preparation/production

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $28.41 - $29.91 USD per hour.

Schedule

This is a Part-Time Regular FTE position with a schedule of Day/Evening, 8 hours per shift.

Pali Momi Medical Center, located in the communities of Central and West O'ahu.
