Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold food items for patients, residents, visitors, and staff.
- Clean and sanitize foodservice equipment and work area.
- Put stock away.
- Lead Culinary Services Aides in day-to-day operations.
- Participate in all culinary training.
- Travel and provide care at all Benedictine communities within the assigned region as needed/required.
- Operate, clean, and sanitize foodservice equipment and work area.
- Prepare food following food safety guidelines, diet restrictions, and standardized recipes.
- Serve food according to portion control guides and diet restrictions.
- Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Qualifications
- Quantity food production experience.
- Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course, or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
- $30.00/hr.
