About the role
The Dietary Cook prepares meals for patients, staff, employees, and visitors at SMRMC Health System, following physician orders and adjusting recipes as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepares meals based on patient needs and physician orders
- Adjusts recipes to meet the dietary requirements of patients
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
- Works 80 hours per pay period, rotating weekends
- Hours: Day shift 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Evening shift 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
