About the role

Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. We are currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
• Help ensure that we maintain the Gold Standard in all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation
• Work weekends and holidays
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Requirements

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion)
• A desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field (though not required)
• Able to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
