Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, teamwork
Commitment to all Applebee's standards
Need to have combination of speed and stamina
Need to have the ability to work under pressure and also ability to work with others under pressure.
Need to be able to do some heavy lifting and work in hot conditions.

Assure that all food procedures are followed per Applebee's specifications
Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
Follow all State & Applebee's sanitation guidelines
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience (not necessary)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrate professionalism in the work place
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
