About the Role

We are seeking a Cook to join our culinary team at Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. This is a PART-TIME opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for our residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Manage food inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus that meet resident needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
