About the Role

To perform the everyday functions of the Assembly operations.

Schedule

2nd Shift, 10 hours per day, Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• On-site regular, reliable attendance is required.
• Understand the basic operation of assembly equipment.
• Interpret and use Manufacturing process sheets.
• Maintain daily clerical records on production and quality as required.
• Report any problems to the Assembly Manager.
• Perform in-process Quality checks of product produced using appropriate tools and/or gauges.
• Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain established safety rules and regulations.
• Work efficiently, making effective use of time.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Demonstrate creativity in recommending improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor/lead.
• Work safely at all times.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of caliper and micrometer use.

Training and Experience

• Training on inspection procedures and any special inspection equipment will be provided.
• Familiarity with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
• Knowledge of Quality Policy.
• Understanding of ISO: 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards.
• Adherence to safety protocols.
