About the role

The Cook 2- Intermediate Line requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cooks will work single stations in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Work single stations in the kitchen
• Flexible to work morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

Requirements

• Hotel cooking experience
• Culinary degree
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
• Available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays

Qualifications

• Fair communication skills
• A desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Capable of performing repetitive duties

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $23.69
