About the role
Dickson Hollow is seeking a full-time Cook to join our team. Current opportunity:
- Full time Midday shift: 10:30am - 7:00pm, 40 hours per week including every other Saturday and Sunday
Salary: $18.33 - $20.73+/hour based on experience.
Dickson Hollow is located on the corner of Pilgrim Rd. and Lisbon Road, on the north border of Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. Our community was developed in collaboration with Presbyterian Homes of WI and includes attached worship and ministry space for Living Hope Presbyterian Church. Nearby towns include: Butler, Sussex, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, and Milwaukee, WI.
This community offers the following care options: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Responsibilities
The Cook is responsible for creating high-quality meals and dining experiences for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations, is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
