ConwayStrategic seeks an Account Director to serve as the strategic lead for client accounts, overseeing the development and execution of integrated communications strategies across earned, owned, paid, and digital channels. The Director is responsible for managing client relationships and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated communications strategies across earned, owned, paid, and digital channels.
- Manage client relationships and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and analytics to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business results.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
