About the role

The Converting Supervisor position oversees one shift of hourly employees, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement to meet production goals. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, directing work, evaluating performance, and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead employees in the production of corrugated board, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, rewards, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Communicate operational information to crew members, supervisors, plant management, and external stakeholders.
  • Promote safety, quality, and organizational initiatives within the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry.

$69,500 - $92,600 per year, based on individual experience, skills, and abilities.
