Responsibilities
- Lead by example in a values-driven culture, aligning teams with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a culture aligned with company values, teamwork, and accountability.
- Supervise daily production operations to meet output, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
- Plan and assign work, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing or processes to meet production demands.
- Ensure employees are properly trained and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production and quality performance, addressing issues, defects, and performance gaps in a timely manner.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production reports and communicate performance, issues, and improvement actions to leadership.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in a safety- and quality-driven manufacturing environment.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems using structured methods.
- Proficiency in production systems, ERP/MRP, and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills
