About the role
The role is responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring quality control, and managing team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production line to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain product integrity.
- Manage and motivate a team of production workers to meet production targets and quality goals.
- Resolve production issues and provide technical support to team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Experience with production line management and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC).

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
