Responsibilities
- Operates mostly routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
- Performs mostly routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Maintains logs and records of units produced.
- Reports any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs mostly basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Follows safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
- Solid understanding of production equipment.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $30.77 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $24.94 to $28.89. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
