Converting Raw Material Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cooking daily movement of raw materials from warehouse storage to converting production lines
• Ensuring raw materials are staged and delivered to production in alignment with production schedules
• Monitoring raw material inventory levels and ensuring accuracy within inventory systems
• Completing inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers
• Supporting and participating in cycle counts and physical inventories
• Investigating and assisting with resolving raw material inventory discrepancies
• Communicating material needs, shortages, and issues with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams
• Supporting staging and material flow to minimize downtime and production disruptions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse operations, raw material coordination, inventory control, or manufacturing support
• Experience in a converting or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred, SAP a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
