Converting Lead Operator - Team 4

Responsibilities
- Direct daily work activities on the line to meet productivity and production goals.
- Train operators according to work instructions and training plans.
- Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by line personnel.
- Evaluate new operators following the OJTs (On-the-Job Trainings).
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
- Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion.
- Strong computer aptitude and experience.
- Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required.
