Conversion Team

This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity for a junior developer with strong JavaScript knowledge. We’re looking to build a lasting relationship and are willing to train you in our systems.

About the role

You’ll build variations of existing web pages for A/B split tests. An “experiment brief” will specify the page and the changes needed. You’ll implement those changes using custom JavaScript code and our proprietary test tool built on Google Tag Manager.

Occasionally you’ll make UI changes, so a good eye for design is important. Experience with design software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop A/B test variations using vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Verify that your implementation matches the provided design mockups or instructions
• Check development and functionality descriptions for accuracy
• Test for errors and conduct cross-browser QA via lambdatest.com
• Collaborate with our in-house QA team for a second round of validation

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Ability to work business hours within 4 time zones of MST (UTC -6)
• Good eye for design and attention to detail

Schedule

Flexible hours, but must overlap MST business hours (UTC -6). Candidates must be located no more than 4 time zones away from MST.
