Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for controls, automation and tissue converting equipment.
• Partner with plant teams across the Tissue network to troubleshoot critical manufacturing issues, optimize machine performance, support capital projects and drive automation excellence.
• Act as the lead automation and controls expert for Tissue converting operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment, controls and process-related issues impacting safety, quality, productivity and reliability.
• Program, modify and optimize PLC systems using Rockwell Automation and Siemens platforms.
• Develop, troubleshoot and improve motion control systems, servo drives and machine synchronization applications.
• Support tissue converting, packaging and palletizing equipment to maximize operational performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Support equipment upgrades, modernization initiatives, commissioning activities and production start-ups.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and operations teams to identify and implement manufacturing improvements.
