Controls Project Manager

What You Will Contribute

• Manage day-to-day controls owner-direct and construction projects throughout Wisconsin.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate estimates and proper project turnover.
• Utilize Ahern’s booking system to book projects and all change orders.
• Maintain inventory and stock of controls supplies and order necessary materials for controls projects.
• Showcase ability to positively impact project financial performance with full financial responsibility.
• Play a lead role in customer interactions to ensure proper project execution and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage internal schedules with appropriate controls resources to achieve project timelines.
• Have direct reports from the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, combined with 3+ years of controls project management experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of controls systems and components.
• Proficiency in Visio (a plus).
• Knowledge of Niagara/Tridium and/or controls estimation (a plus).
