Controls Project Coordinator (M/F/D)*

About the role

The Controls Project Coordinator provides cross-functional support to the Controls Project Management (PRMC) team, Electrical Installation team, and the department manager. This hybrid role supports project material tracking, system administration (Jira, LMS), small retrofit task coordination, documentation maintenance, and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Track project materials from PO through delivery, receipt, and jobsite staging
• Coordinate with Procurement, vendors, and logistics to resolve delivery issues
• Maintain and update project material readiness logs
• Aid Electrical Installation team with material visibility and issue escalation
• Provide weekly material tracking updates for PRMC and Installation teams
• Administer Jira boards for the PRMC and Electrical Installation teams

Requirements

• Associates degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management (or similar), or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or material tracking in industrial, automation, or construction environments
• Up to 25% of travel as required
