Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management controls, processes, and reporting methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of OSP operations and mitigate risk for the business.
- Work closely with OSP teams to identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Establish key performance indicators (and/or strengthen details and definitions of existing KPI) and metrics to monitor project performance and operational health.
- Develop and implement comprehensive reporting tools to provide visibility into project health and status, risks, and achievements.
- Through process and tool improvement, facilitate communication and collaboration among operations teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align efforts and achieve project objectives.
- Lead the change management process to ensure smooth adoption of new controls and processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, preferred or equivalent work experience, required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent work experience, required.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in technology companies and/or telecommunications networks.
- Strong understanding of project management and process design principles, construction practices, and telecommunications networks.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite products.
- Experience with project management software such as Sitetracker is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
- Travel as required (Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings.
