Controls & Automation Support

• Assist in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and automated equipment (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Support machine uptime by helping diagnose electrical and controls-related issues
• Participate in PLC programming updates and documentation
• Aid in robot programming and troubleshooting
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities on automated systems
• Help implement continuous improvement and process optimization projects

IT Support

• Provide support for shop floor for PCs, printers, scanners, label machines, radios, etc.
• Assist with network troubleshooting for connectivity, IP configurations, etc.
• Support user account management for all team members to include permissions, access
• Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and system backups
• Aid in software installations, updates, and cybersecurity best practices

Required Skills And Education

• Enrolled full-time in an accredited college pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week year-round
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Basic understanding of PLCs and industrial automation
• Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
