Controls Installation Tech

We are seeking a skilled, motivated professional with either 2 years of dedicated HVAC controls installation experience or a 2nd-year electrical apprentice looking to specialize.

Responsibilities

• Land and terminate low-voltage control wiring for commercial HVAC equipment, sensors, and controllers.
• Assemble, mount, and wire control panels following engineering schematics and project specifications.
• Pull pipe and bend/run conduit efficiently across various job sites in the greater Nashville area.
• Coordinate closely with other trades, general contractors, and project managers to keep jobs moving forward smoothly.
• Maintain a safe workspace, adhering strictly to OSHA standards and local electrical codes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC controls installation OR current status as a 2nd-year Electrical Apprentice.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control submittals.
• Proven proficiency in building control panels, running conduit, and landing/terminating wires.
• Must reside in or near the Nashville, TN area and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Standard hand tools required for electrical and controls installation.
