Controls Engineer - Level 1

Engineering$50.4/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - Job Type etc: metadata (Job Type, Bargaining Unit, Regular/Temporary, End Date if Temporary, Hours Per Week, Standard Work Schedule, Building, Manhattanville, Salary Range). We should fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph summarizing job type, schedule, hours, building, salary range maybe. - Position Summary: we have a paragraph describing Controls Engineer role. That could be "About the role" or maybe "Position Summary". Use

About the role

then

with that summary. - Responsibilities: a long list of duties. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each duty. - Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be

    Requirements

    or

    Qualifications

. The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred) or Skills. Let's decide: Use

    Requirements

    for minimum qualifications. Use

    Preferred Qualifications

for preferred. Or we could use Skills for certifications. But better to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. So we can have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Also maybe Skills section for certifications? But preferred qualifications already includes certifications. We'll keep two sections. - Pay: Salary Range is given: $50.40 - $50.40 (same). It says salary range. So we have pay info. Should we include Pay section? Yes, if posting states it. It does: Salary Range: $50.40 - $50.40. So we can include

    Pay

    with

$50.40 - $50.40 per hour? Actually it's likely hourly. We'll just output the range. - Schedule: Standard Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm; Hours Per Week: 40. So we have schedule info. Include

    Schedule

    with

    Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (40 hours per week)

. - Benefits: Not mentioned. So omit. - About the role: we have Position Summary. Use that. - Also we might include a short paragraph for metadata like Job Type etc. Could be a

at top: "Job Type: Support Staff - Union; Bargaining Unit: TWU - B&G; Regular/Temporary: Regular; Hours Per Week: 40; Standard Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm; Building: Manhattanville." But we already have Schedule and Pay sections; we could still include a brief metadata paragraph for other details like Job Type, Bargaining Unit, Regular/Temporary, Building. However instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph for those minor metadata. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Job Type: Support Staff - Union; Bargaining Unit: TWU - B&G; Regular/Temporary: Regular; Building: Manhattanville.
