Responsibilities
- Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production
- Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems
- Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
- Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability
- Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Emerson DeltaV experience
- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Preferred
- DeltaV Batch experience
- DeltaV Live experience
- Emerson training or certification
- Experience with validation, MES, or OSI PI
Pay
