Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs
- Support integration between control systems and databases (SQL)
- Work with software tools, including C# for system functionality and data handling
- Assist with system commissioning and startup at customer sites
- Troubleshoot controls and automation issues both remotely and onsite
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of controls engineering or automation experience
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming (Rockwell preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and C#
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% - 40% (U.S. and Canada)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with customers
