Heatcraft Refrigeration, a division of Lennox, is a leader in commercial refrigeration, manufacturing evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other high-quality refrigeration products under six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial, and InterLink. Our products preserve food and perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, and industrial process cooling applications.
About the Role
As the Controls Engineer, you will assist in systems software engineering for embedded systems, electronic components, and control systems. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and integrating embedded software components and applications, applying communication protocols, and developing Windows software applications. You will also implement software components based on applicable specifications and design.
Location: Tifton, GA (100% onsite)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of software coding, software design, integration, simulation, and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with software development tools.
Pay
The starting salary range for this role is between $75,000 - $98,500 annually. Factors such as geography, market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications may affect the starting salary. This is a salaried exempt role, and employees are eligible for an annual bonus under the Company’s applicable plan. Overtime is not eligible for this role.
