Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform machine and UAP downtime analysis
• Conduct labor analysis by Maintenance Technician
• Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicators
• Issuance of monthly Preventive Maintenance programs
• Weekly analysis of preventive maintenance
• Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines
• Administration of PM software
• Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures
• Coordinate the weekly TPM meeting
• Train personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics
• Maintain extraction systems

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related engineering field
• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Experience with maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding equipment
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance and TPM
• Experience with spare parts inventory management
• Personnel management skills
• Proficiency with Siemens PLC and Allen Bradley PLC
• Knowledge of ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robots
• Familiarity with VDA 6.1, IATF 16949 Quality Systems
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018

Pay

Salary Range: USD 78,000–112,000
