Responsibilities
- Perform machine and UAP downtime analysis
- Conduct labor analysis by Maintenance Technician
- Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicators
- Issuance of monthly Preventive Maintenance programs
- Weekly analysis of preventive maintenance
- Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines
- Administration of PM software
- Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures
- Coordinate the weekly TPM meeting
- Train personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics
- Maintain extraction systems
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Experience with maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding equipment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance and TPM
- Experience with spare parts inventory management
- Personnel management skills
- Proficiency with Siemens PLC and Allen Bradley PLC
- Knowledge of ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robots
- Familiarity with VDA 6.1, IATF 16949 Quality Systems
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018

Pay
Salary Range: USD 78,000–112,000
