Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement PLC and Robot logic changes
- Modify documentation for electrical schematics and operations instructions.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations
- Cook up project management experience preferred
- Strong robotic experience in Fanuc and Vision Guided Systems
- Strong PLC experience with Allen Bradley and Modicon with ladder logic and structured text
- Electrical and electronic troubleshooting knowledge
- Basic understanding of networking
- Sercos, Device Net, Ethernet I/P
Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering
- 1 – 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment
- College level written and verbal English skills
- College level Geometry, Algebra, and Trigonometry
- Strong Root cause problem solving, visualization and quality tools
- Microsoft Office programs
- None
- Planning, analytical, assertive, and interact with various groups
- Proworx NXT, Modsoft, Panel Builder, Vision Ware, Motion Ware, RS View 32, FTView, RS Logic 5, RS 500, Studio 5000, Ignition, Fanuc Robo Guide, Cognex Vision Tools, Keyence Vision Tools.
