Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced automated systems that power modern manufacturing.
• Support real-time troubleshooting, commissioning, and system development with engineering and production teams.
• Monitor equipment, optimize throughput, and maintain high reliability across complex operations.
• Integrate with leading industrial hardware vendors and automation platforms.
• Streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Requirements

• PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)
• Control system troubleshooting
• Industrial automation and process control
• Electrical schematics, wiring, and instrumentation
• Wireless communication systems for manufacturing
• Root-cause analysis and system recovery

Qualifications

• PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
• SCADA or HMI development
• Industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet)
• CAD tools for control panel design
• Python or scripting for automation
• Robotics or motion control
• Cloud-connected monitoring systems
• Motion control
• Manufacturing execution systems (MES)

Skills

Pay

• Salary: 90k-130k Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO
