About the role
Oversees and performs electrical repairs on production facility equipment and building.
Responsibilities
- Performs electrical preventative and repair maintenance on support equipment including generators, boilers, compressors, and production equipment
- Installation of new equipment
- Diagnose problems and repair PM/Work order systems
- Periodic inspection of 120V, 240V, and 480V three phase systems
- Identifies and maintains parts needed for support functions
- Diagnose and repair equipment using PLC Logic
- Work with local and OEM vendors to research various parts or troubleshooting procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to work night shift
- High school diploma or GED and five (5) years industrial maintenance experience
- One (1) year of PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience
- State Certified Limited Electrical Contractor license
- Maintenance troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of fabricating, electrical, pneumatics, welding and rigging
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Rockwell software training preferred
- Knowledge of all aspects of bottling including water treatment, batching, refrigeration, blending, and filling systems preferred
- Good machine shop skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks

- Mental: Non-repetitive and somewhat diversified job requiring continuous mental alertness or very close visual attention
- Physical: Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk; occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds
Equipment Used
- Welding, Mill, Lathe and Cutting Equipment, forklift, and Basic and Power hand tools
Language Skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English proficiently
