Controller - Multi Unit, Multi-Service

About the Role

Oversees financials for Food and Environmental Services for the University Hospitals Account. You will be expected to close the books for both Sodexo and the client and report financials to operational, finance, and client leadership. You will oversee financial operations across multiple locations, two service lines, and two businesses. Must be able to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Will lead month, quarterly, and annual close processes. Must be a strategic leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting and financial activities for a multi-unit operation, including cash management, payroll, tax compliance, and ledger maintenance.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis across diverse service areas.
• Work closely with leadership teams to support efficient, effective, and profitable business operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to company standards for accuracy, quality, and financial performance.
• Implement and monitor financial systems and policies to enhance operational excellence and revenue growth.
• Provide financial insights, analysis, and training to support overall business goals and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related experience.

Pay

Pay Range: $77,690 per year - $100,540 per year
