Controller - Multi Location / Multi Account

Sodexo is seeking a Multi Unit Controller for University of Denver located in Denver, Colorado. The Controller will work closely with our Regional Finance Director and our on-site leadership team to develop budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. About The Job Join a role where you’ll lead accounting and financial operations for a large, complex account or multi-site national portfolio. You’ll oversee budgeting, period close, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operational leaders to drive compliance, efficiency, and profitability. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management. Pay Range: $81685 per year - $105710 per year What’s In It For You Lead end-to-end financial operations across a large or multi-site portfolio. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and period close processes that support strategic decisions. Analyze financial performance and deliver insights that drive profitability and efficiency. Create and present client-specific financial reports aligned with Project Clear requirements. Partner with senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor supporting growth initiatives. Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to enhance financial performance. Support financial systems, cashless technology, and POS tools while guiding adoption and usage. What You’ll Bring Experience managing financial operations for complex, multi-unit or national accounts. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Background leading closing cycles, consolidations, and compliance-focused reporting. Leadership experience mentoring teams and supporting financial capability development. Communication and executive presence suited for client-facing and senior leadership interactions.
