About the role
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
- Manage month-end close for assigned clients
- Assist with development of financial budgets
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting
- Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services
- Participate in marketing events
Requirements
- B.S degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to manage priorities and workflow

Pay
$80,000.00 - $100,000 DOE
