Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of assigned CAAS transactional staff
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing
• Performing monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts
• Managing month-end close for assigned clients
• Aiding in the development of financial budgets
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Assisting in proposal preparation for CAAS services
• Participation in marketing events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Able to manage priorities and workflow
• Commitment to excellence and high standards

Pay

$80,000.00 - $100,000 DOE
