Job Summary Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients. Bowers is unable to hire candidates with any current or requests for future sponsorships. Requirements Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staffEnsure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staffPerform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clientsManage month-end close for assigned clientsAssist with development of financial budgetsPrepare and analyze financial reportingAssist in preparing proposals for CAAS servicesParticipate in marketing events Qualifications B.S degree in Accounting or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years supervisory experienceExperience with QuickBooks preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communicatorHave a high level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, problem solving and analytical skillsAble to manage priorities and workflowCommitment to excellence and high standards Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000 DOE
