Responsibilities

• Rolling up your sleeves and owning the work—from reconciliations and month-end close to improving accounting processes.
• Understanding that financial accuracy matters and taking pride in producing clean, reliable financial information.
• Naturally identifying inefficiencies, building better systems, and creating structure that allows the business to grow.
• Enjoying solving problems, identifying trends, and turning financial data into meaningful business insight.
• Taking ownership of your responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and following through on commitments without being asked.
• Working well with leaders across departments, building strong relationships while supporting sound financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
