Our team of CFOs, controllers, accountants, and HR professionals partners closely with clients to execute at the speed of growth by providing financial operations, strategic guidance, and operational support.We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Controller to join our growing finance team and support multiple high-growth client accounts. Position SummaryWe're hiring a detail-oriented, adaptable Controller to manage cash flow, month-end close, KPI reporting, and financial operations across ~13 client accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable shifting priorities without sacrificing accuracy. They can report and analyze at high level, but also get into the weeds to book entries, reconcile and assist team in the nitty gritty. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple client accounts, including cash flow forecasting, AP approvals, and payroll administrationLead month-end/year-end close: reconciliations, revenue tie-outs, and accurate financial recordkeepingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingOversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration and compliance.Identify and implement process improvements, including AI/automation tools, to boost efficiency and controlsPartner with CFOs, client leadership, Sales, and Operations to deliver financial insights and support to cross-functional stakeholdersReview sales contracts and reconcile CRM (HubSpot) data with executed agreements and financial recordsBuild strong knowledge of each client's business, contracts, and operational needs QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred5–8+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, incl. 2–3 years as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting ManagerStrong understanding of cash flow management, reconciliations, and month-end closeAbility to manage multiple clients, entities, or business units simultaneouslyHighly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsAdvanced Excel and financial systems skills; Quickbooks master; CRM/HubSpot experience a plus What Success Looks LikeAbility to transition quickly between tasks and priorities without sacrificing accuracyStrong ownership mentality and proactive communicationDelivering timely and accurate financial reporting and operational supportBuilding trusted relationships with internal teams and client stakeholdersExperience using AI/automationProcess improvement mindsetStrong cross-functional collaboration BenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offFlexible work environmentExposure to a variety of high-growth businesses and industries LocationThis is a remote position
