Key Responsibilities

Lead all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights that support business growth and decision-making.

Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

8+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, including serving in a Controller capacity.

Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Proven expertise in managing audits, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial planning and analysis.

$165k-185k DOE
