What You'll Do

• Provide controllership and accounting support across multiple client engagements
• Perform complex account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Analyze existing accounting processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Manage trade promotions, deductions, and related accounting activities
• Partner with client leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Support inventory accounting and cost accounting processes
• Collaborate across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business channels
• Independently prioritize multiple client engagements while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• 8-9+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
• Strong background supporting consumer packaged goods (CPG) organizations
• Demonstrated experience with inventory accounting
• Experience supporting multi-channel businesses, including: Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
