Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of general ledger activity, month-end close, and overall accounting operations.
• Leadership, development, and mentoring of a team of accounting and finance professionals.
• Management of external, regulatory, and statutory financial reporting requirements.
• Support of audits, compliance initiatives, and key finance projects.
• Identification and implementation of process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Partnership with executive leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior Controller experience or progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Experience within financial services, banking, credit union, or a highly regulated environment preferred.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.

$120,000–$130,000 Base + Bonus
