About the Role

You will serve as a key driver of financial clarity and process innovation for our growing general construction business. This role allows you to directly shape company culture, streamline workflows, and implement cutting-edge AI tools in a close-knit, supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Manage core accounting transactions and daily data entry with meticulous attention to detail.
• Leverage AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate task completion and optimize operations.
• Analyze financial processes continuously to identify efficiency gaps and implement strategic solutions.
• Evaluate general construction accounting data to deliver actionable operational insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to foster an adaptable, forward-thinking, and high-impact company culture.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to look beyond traditional accounting methods and apply creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven capacity to manage detailed data entry while understanding the broader financial impact of transactions.
• Direct experience automating processes to complete tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be experienced with QuickBooks or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in financial management or general accounting.
• Familiar with AI tools to further simplify automated processes within the company.
• Prior experience working within the commercial or residential construction sector.

Pay

$32 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
