ROC USA® works to make quality resident ownership of manufactured home communities possible across the country. ROC USA focuses on preserving and improving affordable communities, building assets for low- and moderate-income households, and supporting strong, mutually supportive neighborhoods and local leaders. Team members contribute to a mission-driven organization working at the intersection of housing, community development, and economic opportunity.
