Controller
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key financial partner to operational leadership, providing analysis and insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Manage financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis.
- Lead a team responsible for cost accounting and financial support functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Analyze operating results, financial trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and corporate stakeholders to support business initiatives and long-term planning efforts.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support the implementation of financial best practices.
- Prepare and present financial results and recommendations to management, helping guide operational and financial performance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze profit and loss performance and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with plant leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in using financial data and plant metrics to support operational decision-making.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
