About the role

A high-impact Controller opportunity for a hands-on leader who can oversee the full accounting function, guide a team of 8, and bring the financial insight needed to help leadership make smart decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 across accounting and related administrative functions
• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and internal controls
• Prepare and review timely, accurate financial statements
• Deliver KPI reporting and financial analysis that help leadership understand performance and make informed decisions
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and help lead course corrections as needed
• Parenthood leadership to improve processes, strengthen reporting, and support business performance
• Oversee human resources responsibilities with outside support
• Bring structure, insight, and leadership to a company that values both stability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior leadership experience managing teams
• Strong background in accounting operations and financial statement preparation
• Proven experience with financial analysis, KPI reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
